Tricolore pasta with Jazz™ and tuna

  • 500 g pasta in 3 colours
  • Olive oil, salt
  • 2 onions
  • 1 big Jazz™ apple
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 courgette
  • 2 cans of tuna on oil
  • Freshly-grinded pepper
  • 2 dl whipped cream
  • 1 spoon of capers
  • 1 lemon

Method of preparation:

Boil the pasta, add a dash of olive oil and a snuff of salt to the water. Peal the onions and cut them up to little pieces. Wash the apple and cut it up in pieces. Sprinkle some lemon on the apple to prevent from discolouring. Cut up the washed courgette in strips. Pour off the tuna.

Heat a little oil and fry the onion and the courgette. Mix up the tuna, the pepper and the salt with the apple and vegetable mix. Stir the whipped cream under the mix and reheat it all without making it boil. Stir the pasta under the sauce. Sprinkle the dish with capers and decorate with slices of lemon.
